2. Nature of the service
JetVina facilitates private aviation enquiries, quotes, and bookings. Aircraft are operated by licensed operators. Availability, routing, and final commercial terms are confirmed in the quote/booking documents for each trip.
Published sample fleet, empty legs, and fixed-price routes are informational until confirmed in a binding offer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and for information you submit. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about safety, schedule, or payment matters.
4. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are invitations to treat unless expressly stated otherwise. A booking becomes binding according to the confirmation, contract, and payment terms issued for that trip. Cancellation and change fees follow the applicable cancellation policy and operator terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform (scraping, abuse of APIs, attempting to access others’ data, or submitting fraudulent enquiries). We may suspend access to protect the service and other users.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JetVina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Flight operations remain subject to operator, airport, and regulatory constraints.
7. Governing matters
Disputes related to platform use are handled under the governing law and venue stated in the applicable contract or, where none exists, as required by mandatory consumer law at your place of residence.
